About Robert Wolfe

Trained Professional Musician - Toured as a drummer from 2003-2014 with multiple acts.

Drum Teacher & Instructor - Taught drumming from 2010-2014 and worked as a producer during the same time.

Sales Journey

Best Buy: Learned firsthand how the retail industry operates and how unethical sales practices are often used. Witnessed senior management using lower-level employees to cover up mistakes. A specific incident involving giving away additional satellite equipment led to my forced resignation, despite my department ranking number one in the nation at the time.

Circuit City: Took the position after the company eliminated commission-based pay. I later realized that my sales would have earned me $7,000 in commission in just one month had the old pay structure remained.

Guitar Center: A transformative experience where I met one of my greatest mentors, Joe Sutherland. He held me to an accountability standard I didn't think existed, emphasizing discipline, cleanliness, and leadership—values that shaped my approach to business.

After Guitar Center, I entered collections, where I saw the extreme lengths people go to in order to avoid paying debts, which gave me valuable insight into consumer behavior and financial tactics.

Once my collections career ended, I transitioned into contracting sales, a field where I spent nearly a decade refining my sales techniques and learning the importance of transparency.

The Transition to Tech

After nearly 10 years in contracting sales, I pivoted to my childhood passion—computers and programming. Combining years of hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations, I realized I had a unique skill set for designing sales workflow systems.

My experience gives me an advantage over traditional software developers who have never worked in sales environments. I have personally seen how software can be misused by employees to gain personal profit due to a lack of understanding by engineers and developers.

Despite facing my own challenges, including ADHD, I have always found ways to overcome obstacles and turn disadvantages into strengths. The unique blend of sales, music, and tech has allowed me to create groundbreaking workflow solutions that prioritize efficiency, accountability, and customer service.

Current Work

Now, as a Full Stack Developer for Custom Sales Workflow Systems, owned by Renewed Solutions, my mission is to take the management burden off sales managers by implementing AI-driven sales methodologies.

Our systems empower sales reps to work smarter, automate redundant tasks, and most importantly, serve the customer with honesty and transparency.
